How long does shipping take?

All MONICONIC pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 15 business days for production before dispatch.

Once dispatched, standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping service.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

Are duties and taxes included in the price?

Yes — all product prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and duties. We ship orders with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning you won’t be charged any additional fees upon delivery. The total you see at checkout is the final amount you pay.

What is your return policy?

As each MONICONIC piece is individually made to order, all purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference.

Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order. If you require assistance before purchasing, our team will be pleased to help.

If your piece arrives damaged, faulty or different from the item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at customercare@moniconic.com with your order number and clear photographs. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
